Over 12-days you’ll experience Costa Rica. Instead of rushing from one destination to another, we’ll go to three different places along with San Jose. We’ve been beach and bar hopping to find the must-see locations in this stunning country. We’ll see rainforests, volcanoes and experience the cultural riches of Central America.

DAY 1- SAN JOSE COSTA RICA

We’ll begin in the capital city, perhaps with Dionne Warwick’s iconic song in our heads. We’ll have the afternoon to explore this buzzing city and get to know each other. We can look forward to a buffet of classic Costa Rican food in the evening, so you’ll find out what your favourite delicacy is for future reference. It’ll then be time to explore the nightlife. Expect lots of Latino music so brush up on your dance moves in advance.

DAYS 2, 3 AND 4 - ARENAL LAKE AND VOLCANO

We’ll head north to Arenal, boasting an active volcano, great scenery, zip lines and canopy adventures. We shall take a look at the crater’s edge of Poas volcano, and see what an active volcano looks like – you won’t get many chances in life to do that. We’ll also take you to a hot springs waterfall oasis buried deep in the jungle. This is a stunning site and quite a way off the beaten track. Over three days you’ll have plenty of opportunities to embark on adventures.

DAYS 5, 6 AND 7 - PRIVATE VILLA (PURA VIDA HOUSE IN PINILLA)

We’ll be staying at our own Private house in Hacienda Pinilla How cool is that? There’s a wonderful swimming pool so you can unwind in it at night with a drink and look at the stars. By day you can explore the beach area or the jungle, and look for hidden waterfalls and beaches. This is a place of incredible beauty. Plus you’ll be able to say that you’ve stayed in the Costa Rica jungle.

DAYS 8, 9 AND 10 - MANUEL ANTONIO

This place is celebrated for its flora and fauna. You’ll see monkeys, reptiles, birds, sloths and plant life. We’ll also explore the gay beach, popular with gay people from all over the world. After the beach, you can head to Manuel Antonio National Park and see the wonderful animals native to these parts – there’ll be lots of monkeys. A wildlife expert will take us for a guided walk through the park. In the evening we’ll explore the social scene.

DAYS 11 AND 12 - SAN JOSE

To conclude our trip we return to the capital, where we’ll enjoy poolside drinks at the hotel. Then it’ll be time to say adios to Costa Rica. One of our drivers will pick yu up at the hotel lobby to take you back to the airport.
